You bring the design direction; we supply the cloth and the production. Two ways in, one fast sampling loop out.

The process

From request to reorder in four steps

Select base

Pick a base fabric from the library, or name the quality you already reorder.

Send spec

Pantone code for dyeing, or artwork file for printing, plus quantity and target.

Strike-off

We develop and ship a physical sample for your approval — usually within the lead time noted.

Production

On approval we run bulk against the approved sample, lot-matched for consistency.

Strike-off developed on your chosen base fabric. A small development fee may apply and is credited against bulk orders.

Minimums vary by base fabric and process. Tell us your target quantity in the form and we’ll confirm the workable MOQ.

Before you send a request

Do I need to choose a base fabric first?
Not strictly. If you already reorder a quality, name it in the form and we’ll match it. If not, pick from the library or describe the handle/weight you want.
What file do I send for printing?
A vector (AI/SVG) or high-res PNG/JPG at 150–300 dpi. Note the repeat size and whether placement or all-over. We’ll advise on the base fabric that prints best.
Can you match an exact Pantone?
Yes — give the Pantone / TCX code and we color-match on the selected base. Note that the same code can read slightly differently across fibre types; we confirm with a physical strike-off.
What’s the sampling lead time?
Typically a few working days for a strike-off once the base and spec are confirmed. Exact timing depends on base availability and process.
Is this for home textiles too?
No. We focus exclusively on woven fabrics for apparel. Home textiles, technical fabrics and yarn are outside our scope.
