1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website of Henghui Textile and all B2B fabric sales, quotation and sample services.

Our registered address: No.67 Binzhong Road, Binhai Industrial Zone, Keqiao, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, P.R.China.

By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All quotations are valid for 15 days unless agreed otherwise.

Fabric samples are free of charge; buyers shall bear international courier freight.

Sample color is for reference only. Final color shall be confirmed by bulk production lab dip.

Minimum order quantity will be stated separately in proforma invoice.

Lead time will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

30% deposit before production, balance 70% before shipment for bulk orders.

We will produce fabric according to confirmed specifications, lab dip and sample.

Minor tolerance on weight, width and shade within textile industry standard is acceptable.

All payments shall be made as agreed on Proforma Invoice.

All pattern designs provided by buyer shall be the responsibility of buyer. We will not take liability for any copyright disputes.

We shall not be liable for indirect loss or profit loss. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the related order.

These terms are governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China.
