When you develop a range you want one fabric that works in two very different directions. Item 8757 Frost Corner does exactly that: a sturdy all-cotton twill with a matte, dry hand and the natural cotton texture built in. At 300 GSM — the early-autumn weight — the cloth has real body, so the finished garment keeps a clean line and holds a moderate level of wrinkle resistance without ever feeling bulky.
Its strongest feature is that one shade card serves two development directions. The earth and military tones — khaki, army green, charcoal black and brown coffee — suit Japanese workwear, cityboy, outdoor and unisex styling. The low-saturation Morandi tones — taro purple, mist pink, grey mist blue and bean green — step away from the usual workwear mood for small tailoring, shirt jackets and midi skirts, giving womenswear a clear difference from the market.
The same cloth can therefore carry a cool workwear line and a gentle color line, which raises fabric utilisation and reduces sampling cost. A full shade card is available, and designers are welcome to request samples for reference.
