Super Soft Brushed Cotton Twill 8740 7 Ne 100% Cotton 360 GSM

Item 8740 is a 100% cotton 2/1 twill at 360 GSM, finished with a super soft brushed face. The nap softens the hand and knocks back the shine, so the cloth reads warm and matte from the first touch — the kind of surface that makes a coat or a jacket look considered rather than simply technical.

At 360 GSM it is a mid-heavy all-cotton that still drapes rather than stands. The finishing space is wide open: as a solid it goes straight into a garment with a clean premium look, or it can take a garment wash, a peach finish or a laundry treatment for a broken-in vintage hand.

The shade card runs on a low-saturation earth palette — khaki, olive, taupe, deep brown and navy — so it drops easily into a workwear or everyday range. Custom dyeing to your own Pantone TCX is available on request, with a lab dip approved before bulk production.

Light = warp yarn, dark = weft yarn. A 2/1 right-hand twill gives the cloth its characteristic diagonal wale, with a firm, dense face that stands up in a garment. The draft is generated from this item’s own detected structure, not a generic pattern.

7 Ne super soft brushed import yarn in 100% cotton (7 Ne = 7-count yarn, the yarn fineness of the base). The brushing is a mechanical surface treatment on the face of the twill, which is what gives the cloth its dry, matte hand and its gentle halo when caught by the light.
