One cloth that suits a very wide range of styles is what saves a designer sampling time. Item 8335 is a 100% cotton double-warp twill at 300 GSM — breathable and comfortable against the skin, with a firm hand that holds a line.
The finishing space is wide open: as a solid it goes straight to a garment with a simple, premium look, or it can take an enzyme wash or a light stone wash to bring out a Japanese washed-vintage character.
The shade card runs on low-saturation retro tones — khaki, army green, greys, deep brown, navy and wine red — so one color system can carry menswear, womenswear and unisex lines, and an entire season of matching pieces. A full shade card is available, and designers are welcome to request samples for reference.

Light = warp yarn, dark = weft yarn. A 2/1 right-hand twill gives the cloth its characteristic diagonal wale, with a firm, dense face that stands up in a garment. The draft is generated from this item’s own detected structure, not a generic pattern.

The double-warp twill construction is what gives Item 8335 its body: a firm diagonal face that holds a clean pattern line at 300 GSM, so a jacket or trouser keeps its shape through the day.
The 100% cotton is spun and woven for a matte, dry handle with the natural cotton texture visible in the surface — the reason it reads as workwear fabric and not as a synthetic imitation of it.

Q: What does the slub texture look like?
Slub yarns on both warp and weft give a fine, natural and restrained grain — subtle rather than loud, with a matte face that shows extra depth as the light moves across it.
Q: Is 205 GSM right for spring and summer?
Yes. 205 GSM is a light mid weight: easy to layer through the warmer months while still holding a clean line, so the cloth works for suits, trousers, shirts and dresses alike.
Q: Which shades are available?
The palette runs on earth tones: off white, khaki, army green, caramel, dark grey and navy, on top of the numbered shade range. Custom dyeing to your own Pantone TCX reference is available as well.
